How It Works

After you register, you’ll receive the Zoom link via email. Here’s everything you need to know:

Show up as you are: No need to dress up, set up a perfect space, or even turn on your camera.

Participate as desired: You’ll be given an opportunity to share what you’d like to release in the chat but that is optional. You don't need to speak or interact. Your presence is enough.

Release and Reset: I facilitate the clearing so you can simply sink back into your own alignment.

Listen anytime: Can't make it live? No problem. Since this is a quantum healing session, it is channeled for everyone who registers, regardless if you attend live. Every ticket includes the recording, so you can listen (or re-listen!) whenever works best for you.

  • No problem at all. A massive benefit of this group container is that energy isn't bound by time. Every single ticket includes lifetime access to the recording.

    If you can't make it live, you will receive the replay within 24 hours of the session. When you listen back, you will still tap into the exact same unified group field and receive the full benefits of the clearing.

  • Absolutely not. This is a completely passive, nourishing experience for you. You don’t need to dress up, tidy your room, speak, or interact with anyone else. You are entirely welcome to keep your camera off, mute your mic, lie down in your pajamas, and just receive.

  • Once we log onto Zoom, I will ground the group and open the space. You don’t need to "do" anything except get comfortable. I will facilitate the energy clearing for the group, working to lift heavy collective stress, reset your nervous system, and dissolve blocks. You might feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or a deep desire to yawn and release—or you might just feel incredibly relaxed.

  • Yes, it is the perfect place to start. Because this isn't a class or a workshop, there is zero learning curve and nothing you can "get wrong." If you feel overwhelmed, sensitive to other people's energy, or just plain tired, your presence is literally the only requirement.

  • We hold these sessions once a month because that’s typically how long it takes for life's day-to-day static, stress, and routine "gunk" to build up in an empath's system. Think of it as your monthly energetic maintenance—a dedicated hour to empty your cup so you can move into the next month feeling light.

  • Because every ticket automatically grants you lifetime access to the session recording (which holds the exact same healing potency as the live call), all sales are final. If you can't make it, the replay is yours to keep and reuse whenever you need a reset.
